I purchased the Serenity Medium from Fantastic Furniture on 21/9/18. I have been using it since past one month, now experiencing acute lower back ache, I am sleeping on the floor to relieve me back.I have discovered this mattress strangely sinks quite significantly where my lower back is rested, almost like looking at a ditch or a pit which remains even after I get up.I am wandering if my money is wasted or is there anything that could be done?
